The StepUP Constructions team is small but mighty. We are family owned and operated, led by a husband and wife team (Brett and Kammi) who bring more than 34 years of building experience and a lifelong passion for luxury beachside homes and interiors.
Brett, a fully licenced Master Builder, is well known for his always-on availability, steadfast reliability and keen eye for detail. He leads every client project from start to finish, ensuring lines stay open, sites stay smart, and timelines stay tight.
Having raised five children of our own, we have enormous empathy for the impact that big building projects have on families. Our highly skilled, handpicked tradespeople are committed to delivering a personable yet professional service at all times. We have the utmost respect for your privacy and space (and your neighbours!), always ensuring the process feels smooth and hassle-free.
